About The Book
Little Turtle’s Journey is a book about a little sea turtle trying to find his mom in the big wide ocean. On his way to meet his mother for the first time, he comes across many interesting animals; which he explains a little about the animal to show how those creatures aren’t his mom. He gets sad when he has a hard time trying to find his mom, since the ocean is so big and she could be anywhere; but you will see that he’ll be happy and excited to come across his mom at the end of the book.
About The Author
My name is Kara McBride, I am in my early 20’s; born and raised in Northern Virginia. Never was the person people liked, or wasn’t the most popular person. I did stay strong though and that brought me to this point in my life. When I was a senior in high school my final project was to write a children’s book about mindfulness. A great teacher of mine read it, and thought it was amazing. She helped me get my name out, and get with a publishing agency. Two things to take away from this book and bio about me is always believe in yourself, and never give up on your dreams.
