Jessica learns this the hard way as she must now deal with a society fearful of extraordinary beings like her, as well as the re-emergence of the disgruntled young man behind the shooting, who now possesses dangerous fire abilities and uses them to further terrorize the people of sunny Santa Barbara, California on his quest for revenge.

About The Author

M. J. FABULA (he/him/his) graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2015 and is still a proud Gaucho to this day. He currently lives in San Diego, CA, where he's lived almost his entire life, making any weather that isn't 70 degrees and sunny an alien concept to him. Exceptional is his debut novel.
