Micaela Elise was born in Okinawa, Japan and raised in upstate New York. An astrocartographer would point out both locations fall on a Saturn line. Her writing provides unique insights into the various lessons and vast intricacies that come with being a Capricorn leadinga very Saturnian life- that is to say, the traumas of striving for security while working through shame and broken systems to navigate a path to success. Her work is meant to evoke how beauty is woven into pain and what it means to be alive. A tumultuous life lived well holdsthe most beautiful stories; and it is the author's wish that through these works the reader finds inspiration, relief, solace, reprieve and even companionship.
